Community Coffee At School Set For May 4

Patrons of the Dorchester Public School district are invited to have coffee with DPS Superintendent Brian Redinger during a special meeting opportunity set for next month, the Times has learned.

The "community coffee" will be held in the new school library on May 4 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Coffee and donuts will be provided.

"I would like the chance to meet and visit with our school's patrons about any topics of interest and answer questions you might have," Redinger said. Redinger also invites patrons to e-mail or call him to address specific questions or concerns.

Superintendent Redinger's e-mail is bredinger@esu6.org and phone number is (402) 946-2781.

  2. For those of you who comment all the negatives to the blog regarding the school, here is your chance to see what's going on and have any questions answered you may have. I hope to see many community members attend.

Your comment has been rejected because you implied things for which there is no basis of fact.

We urge you to take your concerns directly to school officials and members of the school board.

We cannot alow this blog to become a forum for those who have personal issues with school administrators.

    Thank you.

  7. Come on dweller

who are you trying to kid??

on one side you say you wont post things that affect people directly, but in posts there were comments which applied directly to the school administration.

When the comments say "people who are making 100,000 should be doing a better job.

    Interesting set of circumstances

  9. Interesting,
The blog invitation in the newsletter was just that an invitation to attend, and an invitation to request that certain information be discussed by the person we have hired. How many requests are contained herein?

Finally, if you are going to include items in your postings, include the entire part. Especially the part that invites REQUESTS!!
