DHS has become a consistent power in Class D wrestling. The latest rankings of individual wrestlers is further proof of that fact. The Lincoln Journal Star has ranked the following Longhorn grapplers in the paper's top six:
- 119 lbs.: No. 6. Jeremy Inderlied, DHS.
- 145 lbs.: No. 5. Adam Kahle, DHS.
- 189 lbs.: No. 3. Russell Barak, DHS.
Our congratulations to these outstanding DHS athletes and their coaches.
all the wrestlers are doing very well. i saw as a team they place in the top 3 in every tourment. freind was second place merdian was first place osceola was third place we have a very good team come watch them this saturday in dorchester on dec 19 soll
ReplyDeleteCan't wait til the football team is in the rankings again. It has been a long drought but I know the current coaches are creating a new culture of winning at our school. They do a lot with the talent they have ... they know the key is to start working with kids at a young age. Parents, you need to rally 'round these coaches. Keep them here.

ReplyDeleteWe need all the parents to get involved with there kids because coaches and teachers can not do it alone. Leadership starts at home I think the school is not strict enoughf on displin like the old country schools use to be. e believe eivr yte
