Dorchester Elementary Team Rocks County Reading Competition
Dorchester's third and fourth graders rocked this week's county reading competition as the Longhorns brought home the gold.
The Saline County Reading Classic featured Dorchester's Lauren Corning, Andrea Pavlish, Atley Zoubek, Lesli Kratochvil, and Baylor Behrens.
These outstanding students represented Dorchester in the Division I competition for the county's 3rd and 4th grades.
By working together and excelling, the Dorchester team finished in first place.
As a result of their first place finish, the Dorchester reading team will now compete in the Nebraska State Reading Classic Competition, set for Saturday, March 25, in Fairbury.
Nice work, Longhorns!
