High Schoolers: Win Art Contest And A Trip To Washington, DC

U.S. Representative Adrian Smith is encouraging high school students in Nebraska's Third Congressional District to turn in artwork by March 2 for the 2014 Congressional Art Competition.

The winner will have their art work on display in the Nation's Capitol and receive two round-trip plane tickets to Washington D.C. to participate in recognition ceremonies there.

The winner will also be recognized on April 23.

Artwork must be two-dimensional and up to 28" x 28" x 4," including the frame and not more than 15 lbs.

The Nebraska Art Teachers Association is working with Rep. Smith to coordinate the 2014 competition.
